There is a coffee shop at the Skyplex that is open from 0700 to 1600 hrs, Monday to Friday. They have breakfast, lunch, lunch specials and will pack lunches for travel. They also do catering. Members of the flying community gather here around 0900 hrs on Saturday mornings for breakfast and chatter. Visiting aviators are always welcome to join.
